Adoor's Naalu Pennungal is in theatres
Master director Adoor Gopalakrishnan's Naalu Pennungal (Four Women), which premiered recently at the Masters Section of the Toronto International Film Festival has reached Kerala theatres.
The film is a series of four stories depicting the lives of four females without any direct link to each other. Each of these women comes from different strata of the society, and covers different time spans and changing social milieu.
Padmapriya, Geetu Mohandas, Manju Pillai, Nandita Das, Kavya Madhavan, and Mukesh are doing the main cast.

Sexy actress Nayanatara who is basking in the success of her latest film is confident the movie will cross the 100 mark.
"Our combination did very well at the BO when we came together for the first time for Lakshmi. So expectations were high on Tulasi. That is the reason the success of Tulasi is that much more heartening,” says Nayanatara.

Shriya Saran has been offered a film by one of the biggest entertainment banners in Hollywood Ashok Amritraj’s production company. "It’s called The Other End of The Line and I star opposite Jesse Metcalfe. The film also features Anupam Kher and has been extensively shot in San Francisco. And yes, Jesse is just like he looks on screen he’s drop dead gorgeous," says Shriya. Success of Shivaji is realy good!
Hansika's loss Nakasha Gain
HansSika Motwani, the latest teen actress in Tollywood, was recently approached by director SJ Surya to act in the Pawan Kalyan starrer Puli.
However, the actress refused the offer as Hansika couldn't give bulk dates. So now the filmmakers have decided on a debutant Nakasha.
